01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the betting app — whether that means browsing the site, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or launching a casino game — you are confirming that you accept these Terms and Conditions. This applies whether you are using the platform on a mobile browser, a desktop computer or any other device.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion terms apply to that promotion only and these Terms remain in force for everything else.

These Terms are written in English. Where there is any ambiguity or translation issue, the English version of these Terms takes precedence.

02Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the betting app, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by local laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor or close associate of the betting app or any of its affiliated entities where a conflict of interest exists.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not have a previously suspended or permanently closed account on this platform.

Each person is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple accounts per person — whether using the same or different personal details — are not permitted. If we identify multiple accounts belonging to the same person, all accounts except the first registered may be closed and any bonuses credited to duplicate accounts will be voided.

03Account Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your betting app account. This includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether you personally initiated those actions.

• You must keep your password secure and not share it with anyone else.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account, including family members.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify support immediately.

04Deposits & Payments

05Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering practice. PKR withdrawals are supported to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank accounts.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification if not previously completed.

07Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on the betting app covers Cricket, Football, Esports and other sports. Markets include match winner, handicap, totals, player performance, live in-play betting and more. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• Bets are void if an event is cancelled, abandoned before the required minimum play time, or if the market is settled incorrectly and subsequently corrected.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to feed availability. Bets placed during a delay in the live feed may be voided if the outcome was already determined at the time of placement.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 Internationals and Test matches — are settled according to the official match result as declared by the governing body.
• Maximum bet limits per event and per market are applied and displayed before bet confirmation. These limits may vary by sport, market and event significance.
• The betting app reserves the right to limit, restrict or close the account of any player whose betting patterns indicate abuse, match fixing or coordinated advantage play.

08Casino & Game Rules

The casino section of the betting app includes slots, RNG table games, live dealer games, bingo and game lobby products. All casino games use certified random number generator technology or real physical equipment for live dealer games.

• The house edge for each game is built into the game mathematics and does not change based on individual account history or session behaviour.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round is considered void and any stake for that round is returned to your balance.
• Game results are final once a round is completed. Disputes about completed rounds must be submitted to support within 7 days of the game session.
• Live casino tables have minimum and maximum bet limits which are displayed before you join a table.
• The betting app is not responsible for interrupted game sessions caused by your internet connection. Reconnecting to the platform will restore your session where technically possible.

09Prohibited Activities

10Responsible Gaming

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or abuse of the platform.
• Duplicate account detection.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against the platform without valid cause.
• Accounts left inactive for an extended period may be subject to inactivity policies as communicated separately.

When an account is suspended for investigation, access to the account is restricted pending the outcome. If a closure is confirmed, any withdrawable balance that is not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting support. Any pending bets at the time of voluntary closure will be settled normally, and any remaining withdrawable balance will be processed through the standard withdrawal method.

12Limitation of Liability

The betting app platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we aim to maintain a stable and reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect platform availability.
